Laura Puffer Morgan was active in the field of international relations during the 1920's. She worked first with National Council for Prevention of War and later with the National Peace Conference and the Geneva (Switzerland) Research Centre. Traveling widely in Europe, Morgan participated in many conferences and peace efforts.
